What does it really mean to know Jesus?
In this message we explore the heart of the Christian life through Paul’s passionate cry in Philippians 3, counting everything as loss for the surpassing worth of knowing Christ. Jesus Himself defined eternal life as knowing the Father and the Son (John 17:3), while also warning that many who do impressive things in His name will one day hear the words, “I never knew you.”
Fasting often gives us a glimpse of what the normal Christian life can look like, a life marked by His presence, power, and fellowship. The question is: will we make knowing Him our greatest pursuit?
Come and be stirred again to count everything else as secondary, so that you may truly know Him.
